Do I have to travel?

No. Every route can be played from home.

How does a stop open?

Walk within about 50 m of it. If GPS is weak between tall buildings, after 2 minutes nearby you can say you are there.

The compass puzzle says hold the phone flat

Hold it level, like a plate, and turn your whole body.

The compass seems wrong

Move away from metal and cars, and move the phone in a figure 8. You never lose the piece. After 3 tries the app shows the direction.

I cannot see the landmark

The answer is still that direction. Use the hints, or skip the stop and keep the piece.

Does it work offline?

Routes, stories and puzzles do. The background map needs a connection.

Is it safe for children?

Walk with them, stay on public paths, and look up from the phone.

Something is wrong in a route

Each route has a Report an error button.

Restore purchases

Open Settings, then Restore Purchases.

Delete my progress

Open Settings, then Reset progress. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
